A little about us. We currently share our home with 7 birds. From large parrots all the way down to the little guys. We have Loki - Amazon, Daisey and Modo - Congo African Greys, Joey - Quaker, Cricket - Indian Ringneck, Gabby - Cockatiel, and Luke - Green Cheeck Conure. All but 2 are rescues. And some of those rescues are special needs.
We offer only the best, highest quality products to our flock. And would offer only the best to our customers.
All of our products are stored in a Bird Free area and never come into contact with other birds. All products will be in original packages.

For your protection we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
We use UPS for shipping within the 48 states. UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, and UPS Second Day Air.
Shipping is based on weight/destination. Zip code is used to calculate costs from Massachusetts.
Actual shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart at checkout.
All orders will be shipped within 3 business days.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns - within 14 days with full refund. Shipping charges will only be refunded if there was an error on our part or if the product is faulty.
We will pay the shipping costs if an item is being returned due to our error or if the product is faullty. And we will also pay the shipping back to you if this is the case.
Any open items that have come in direct contact with birds can not be returned. Also, any open food products can not be returned. This is to protect our customers birds, as well as our own.
A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged on all items that are not broken, damaged, defective, etc.
If an item is out of stock at the time that your order is shipped, we will issue a refund immediately. If the item is expected to be back in stock right away we will contact you and give you the option of waiting.
Any order cancelled after order placement will incur a 5% processing fee.
